Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of overseeing and expanding relationships with affiliates and channel partners globally. The Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) will focus on maintaining and building long-term connections with key affiliates rather than aggressive acquisition tactics.
The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of the crypto/FX affiliate landscape, excel at managing relationships, and navigate between growth and compliance considerations strategically.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage relationships with current affiliates, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), trading communities, and strategic partners.
- Drive performance growth among affiliates, focusing on user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics to identify abnormal behaviors, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including disputes over commissions, competitor poaching, and operational escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal departments.
- Develop and implement joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates.
- Analyze affiliate return on investment (ROI), trading patterns, and performance over their lifecycle to enhance ecosystem efficiency.
- Anticipate and prevent potential risks like wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources.
- Keep abreast of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends.
- Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence processes, and nurture long-term relationships.
Requirements
Industry Experience
- Background in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or similar financial sectors.
- Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management.
- Sound comprehension of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems.
