AI and Automation Engineer

We are currently looking for a driven and competent AI and Automation Engineer to join our AI Innovation team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven automation solutions. Specifically, the focus will be on optimizing client onboarding procedures, improving operational efficiency, and streamlining financial processes. This position demands a combination of software engineering expertise, a deep understanding of Generative AI, and hands-on experience in deploying advanced automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support Automation & Chatbots:
Develop and maintain AI-powered customer chatbots and automation tools to enhance response times and customer support resolution rates.
Integrate AI models with existing support systems.
Generative AI & RAG Implementation:
Create and enhance applications leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) technology, with a special emphasis on building robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for accurate and context-aware responses.
Experiment with and integrate various Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundational models.
KYC & Financial Automation:
Roll out secure and compliant automation solutions for Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, encompassing data validation, document processing, and risk identification.
Design automation workflows for payment processing and reconciliation to ensure precise, secure, and trustworthy financial transactions.
Software Development:
Write well-documented, efficient code using Python for machine learning models, automation scripts, and system integrations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Data Science, Operations) to outline requirements and implement effective solutions.
Agentic AI & Workflow Management (A Plus):
Utilize or rapidly learn AI encounter software and platforms like Dify, n8n, LangChain, or other Agentic AI frameworks to construct complex, multi-step automation workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in software development, AI engineering, or automation-oriented roles.
- Programming: Proficient in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- AI/ML: Demonstrated expertise in NLP/NLU and deploying machine learning models, particularly chatbots and customer service applications.
- GenAI/RAG: Hands-on experience in implementing Generative AI solutions and constructing RAG architectures.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Direct involvement in customer support automation and AI chatbot development.
- Familiarity with fintech processes, especially KYC protocols and payment operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI workflow tools such as Dify, n8n, or similar frameworks for creating Agentic AI systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scaling AI/ML services.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
