AI Application Software Engineer

We are currently seeking individuals to aid in the development of AI agents to serve our extensive user base.

The primary role involves overseeing the AI bot project lifecycle, which includes planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization to deliver high-quality AI applications. Duties include designing and implementing AI agent architectures, integrating agents with tools and services, facilitating effective human-AI collaboration, optimizing agent performance, developing evaluation systems, integrating agents into products and workflows, and staying informed about the latest AI agent technology advancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end AI bot project, including planning, implementation, and maintenance.
• Design and implement AI agent architectures to enhance user experience and automate processes.
• Create frameworks for AI agents to interact with various tools and services efficiently.
• Establish mechanisms for seamless human-AI collaboration.
• Optimize agent performance for reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation systems for performance assessment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful agent integration.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI agent technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in building AI/ML systems with a focus on production-grade applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and other relevant AI technologies.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and decision-making systems.
• Knowledge of tools, APIs, and systems required for agent deployment.
• Experience in workflow orchestration and system design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing AI chatbot applications using specific frameworks.
• Proficiency in CS chatbot development and data analysis.
• Ability to tune models through data cleaning and feature engineering.
