Candidates will develop, train, and test AI tools/agents to automate various processes within our operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development focused on incorporating LLMs into company-wide functions.
• Prototype, devise, and implement LLM-based solutions.
• Engage with cutting-edge AI tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with top-tier engineers and research experts to address intricate technical hurdles.
• Stay abreast of advancements and research in the AI/ML space, particularly with LLM technology.

Requirements:

• Proficient programming abilities with exposure to languages suited for AI/ML like Python.
• Understanding of sound software architecture and development processes.
• Capable of crafting clean, testable, and maintainable code with a practical approach.
• Research-oriented mindset with a penchant for learning and ideation.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and equivalent applications.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive problem-solving disposition.
• Several years of software development experience supported by a strong Computer Science background.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for designing, validating, and comparing experimental outputs.

Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience in developing LLM-based solutions.
• Background in ML/Data science, particularly in NLP.
• Proficiency in prompt-engineering and vector database operations.
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, including model quantization.
• Exposure to LangChain, SemanticKernel, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in utilizing local open-source LLM models like Llama2 or Mistral.
• Familiarity with designing RAG solutions.
• Understanding of LLM-related security concerns such as prompt injection and training data manipulation.
• Interest in the intricacies of LLM, GPT, and related models.
• Knowledge in subjects like zero-knowledge systems, blockchain, cryptography, or mathematics is advantageous.
• Active engagement on GitHub presents a significant edge in the selection process.
