Role

We are in search of a seasoned Lead DevOps Engineer with extensive knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem, specifically in configuring and managing Ethereum validators. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in traditional DevOps practices and be capable of independently evaluating and improving validator performance. Key proficiencies for this role include operating in cross-cloud environments, utilizing Kubernetes, and implementing automation, especially in the Ethereum DVT technology realm. The role will also involve collaborating with leading Ethereum ecosystems like Lido, Obol, and SSV.

Responsibilities

The PMO Officer serves as an advocate for internal project management principles, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement for the successful execution of projects. This role collaborates closely with the Chief Project Officer and Project Managers to ensure adherence to project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise project execution, monitor progress against plans, and ensure the delivery of agreed-upon objectives

Facilitate change management initiatives, aid employees during transitions, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement

Track and communicate the status, problems, and risks of managed projects, escalating when necessary

Lead the implementation and upkeep of Project kick-offs as per current procedures
