About the role:
As the Full-Stack Tech Lead (APAC) within our dynamic team, you will take the lead in developing an advanced dashboard and the EigenLayer Insights API. These components are pivotal in transforming Ethereum's security and trust mechanisms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Development: Direct the entire development process of the EigenLayer dashboard and Insights API to ensure seamless user experiences and robust performance.
- Innovate Solutions: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to create innovative solutions that deliver valuable data visualizations through the dashboard and API.
- Drive Quality: Implement coding best practices, testing procedures, and deployment strategies to maintain high-quality standards for both the dashboard and API.
- Mentor and Grow: Cultivate continuous learning within the team, mentor junior developers, and uphold technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning sessions to align dashboard and API development with EigenLayer's broader objectives and user requirements.
Must Haves:
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript / Typescript
- Deep comprehension of modern client-and server-side React application architectures
- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects
- Expertise in designing scalable APIs in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in testing backend and frontend JavaScript / TypeScript code
- Skill in architecture principles, design patterns, and analyzing trade-offs in business requirements
- Creative problem-solving abilities for technical challenges
- Experience collaborating with DevOps teams for designing cloud-native infrastructure
Nice to Haves:
- Project Management expertise
- Familiarity with the web3 frontend stack
- Blockchain development experience, particularly in indexing blockchain data
