Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision and Roadmapping:

  • Develop and communicate a forward-looking AI strategy that aligns with the platform's objectives and user requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize AI for amplifying content creation, moderation, personalization, and user engagement.
  • Create and manage a roadmap for AI-driven features that balances short-term achievements with long-term innovation.

AI Feature Identification and Development:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm, prototype, and refine innovative AI-powered tools such as generative AI for content creation, AI-driven moderation for quality maintenance, and personalization algorithms for enhancing user experiences.
  • Define feature requirements, ensuring they are feasible and inline with technical and business goals.

Team Building and Leadership:

  • Recruit, hire, and oversee a high-performing team of AI product specialists that includes engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages team members to experiment and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and curiosity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver AI features that resonate with creators and users.
  • Act as the main liaison between the AI team and leadership, facilitating the translation of technical insights into business opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on AI goals and deliverables.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Use data analytics and user feedback to guide prioritization and optimization of AI features.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI tools, refining them based on performance and user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on AI industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant innovations into the platform.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably focusing on AI-driven products.
  • Robust background in AI/ML technologies and their applications in consumer-facing platforms.
  • Experience in managing and scaling multidisciplinary teams, emphasizing AI or tech innovation.

Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and AI moderation systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
