Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision and Roadmapping:
- Develop and communicate a forward-looking AI strategy that aligns with the platform's objectives and user requirements.

- Create and manage a roadmap for AI-driven features that balances short-term achievements with long-term innovation.
AI Feature Identification and Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm, prototype, and refine innovative AI-powered tools such as generative AI for content creation, AI-driven moderation for quality maintenance, and personalization algorithms for enhancing user experiences.
- Define feature requirements, ensuring they are feasible and inline with technical and business goals.
Team Building and Leadership:

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably focusing on AI-driven products.
- Robust background in AI/ML technologies and their applications in consumer-facing platforms.
- Experience in managing and scaling multidisciplinary teams, emphasizing AI or tech innovation.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and AI moderation systems.

Education:
