The Role
We are looking for a creative content creator and social media expert to help create and shape our social media presence.
This includes creating engaging posts, short-form videos, reels, TikToks, platform comparison content, educational content, and community-focused content for the CS2 audience.
We already have some content ideas, but we want the right person to bring their own creativity, strategy, and personal touch. You will have room to help define the style, tone, and direction of our social media.
This role is ideal for someone who understands gaming culture, Counter-Strike 2, skins, trading, gambling platforms, memes, trends, and short-form content.
Responsibilities
Create social media content for platforms such as X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels
Produce posts, graphics, short videos, reels, and platform comparison content
Help develop a consistent brand voice and content style
Turn CS2 trading and gambling platform comparisons into engaging, easy-to-understand content
Create educational content around CS2 skins, trading platforms, gambling sites, bonuses, marketplaces, and safety tips
Follow CS2 trends, memes, updates, and community discussions
Suggest new content ideas, campaigns, and formats

What We Are Looking For

This is not a “send cold messages and collect logos” role. What You’ll Own
Identify and source high-potential startups, founders, projects, protocols, and ecosystem partners across AI and Web3
Build relationships with founders, operators, investors, accelerators, developer communities, protocol ecosystems, KOLs, and strategic partners
Create and manage outbound BD pipelines across LinkedIn, Telegram, X, email, Discord, events, and founder communities
Support Schedar’s deal flow by discovering early-stage AI-native and Web3 projects that may be relevant for investment, incubation, or collaboration
Build partnership opportunities for Schedar-backed and incubated projects
