Bitcoin Depot is in search of an Assistant Counsel to join their legal team. This position will be reporting to the General Counsel and will be involved in managing various legal projects within the company. Working closely with different internal teams including accounting, compliance, and human resources, the Assistant Counsel will play a significant role in both hands-on and strategic legal matters. This role is fully remote and candidates in the Mountain or Pacific time zones are preferred.

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently across various departments.
Proven experience in managing litigation and regulatory matters at state or federal levels, including working with outside counsel.
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts.
