Target earnings for this position are $120K in the first year, including a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. The position requires the candidate to be within driving distance of the Bismark area.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research, cold calls, door-to-door selling, and networking to identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.

Be willing to travel within the assigned territory to meet customers regularly. Regular driving for multiple hours per day is expected.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and effectively promote our products/services.

Host in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.

Create and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings in order to maintain a competitive advantage.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Work with your manager to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.

Act as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the company's values and presenting a professional image.

Foster a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.

Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.

Expect to travel 50% of the time.

Possess at least 1 year of relevant sales experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.

Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
