Bitcoin Depot is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative who will play a key role in their energetic sales team. The focus of this position is on driving revenue growth by actively seeking out potential clients, nurturing relationships, and implementing strategic selling techniques. The targeted earnings for this role are $120K in the first year, inclusive of a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned territory through various methods such as research, cold calling, and networking.
- Expected to travel extensively within the designated territory to meet with clients regularly.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote products effectively.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase product value.
- Develop customized sales strategies to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients in consultation with managers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions in SalesForce.
- Represent the company's values and maintain a professional image as a brand ambassador.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
- Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Requirements:
- Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.
- Expect to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Possess at least 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Capable of independent work and effective time management.
- Proficient in identifying client needs and closing deals.
- Familiarity with the company's products/services.
- Understanding of industry dynamics and market trends.
- Comfortable using SalesForce and other sales tools.
- Skilled at networking through industry events and trade shows.
