The focus of this position is on driving revenue growth by actively seeking out potential clients, nurturing relationships, and implementing strategic selling techniques. The targeted earnings for this role are $120K in the first year, inclusive of a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. Applicants should reside within a reasonable driving distance of the Detroit area.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned territory through various methods such as research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Expected to travel extensively within the designated territory to meet with clients regularly.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote products effectively.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase product value.
  • Develop customized sales strategies to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients in consultation with managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions in SalesForce.
  • Represent the company's values and maintain a professional image as a brand ambassador.

Requirements:

  • Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Expect to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Possess at least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Capable of independent work and effective time management.
  • Proficient in identifying client needs and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with the company's products/services.
