Bitcoin Depot is looking for an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, building relationships, and strategic selling. Your main responsibility will be to expand our market presence and promote our products to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory using various methods such as research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.
  • Travel extensively within your assigned territory to meet with customers, which may involve spending multiple hours on the road each day.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products and services.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns with the support of your manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the company's values and maintaining a professional image.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and cultivate lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
