Job Summary:
We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant sales team, playing a crucial role in enhancing revenue growth through proactive lead generation, rapport building, and strategic sales approaches. Your primary responsibility will involve expanding our market presence by effectively promoting our products to potential customers. Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients within assigned territories using various strategies like research, cold calling, and networking.
- Travel within designated territory, which may require driving for extended periods each day.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to comprehend their needs and effectively advocate our products/services.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to highlight our offerings' value and benefits.
- Create personalized sales strategies to meet or surpass sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors to remain competitive.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closing for a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with managers to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the SalesForce system.
- Represent the company's values as a brand ambassador and maintain a professional image.
- Foster teamwork by sharing best practices with colleagues and contributing to a collaborative environment.
- Continuously enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Preference for door-to-door sales experience
- Willingness to travel extensively, with expected travel of 50% or more
- Minimum of 1 year relevant sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and build relationships
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and technology for lead management
- Commitment to conducting business with integrity, honesty, and professionalism
