Quality Assurance Field Technician - Manhattan

Bitcoin Depot is looking for a Quality Assurance Field Technician located in Manhattan, New York, to conduct routine inspections, installations, and repairs at existing BTM locations ensuring online accessibility for transactions.

Roles:

• Travel up to 75% outside the primary market to service and maintain BTMs.
• Developing and enacting quality assurance protocols.
• Conducting routine product inspections and tests to maintain BTM standards.
• Preparing and installing BTMs while ensuring approved use.
• Installing associated signage and promotional materials.
• Sustaining BTMs with regular maintenance and supply replenishment.
• Training customers and external vendors in-person and remotely.
• Gathering site-specific merchant and internal data.
• Generating operational reports and training documentation.
• Resolving and reporting issues to the Tech Support Manager.
• Supporting team members and fulfilling assigned duties.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Residency in the Louisville area is mandatory.
• Three years of industry experience within the ATM/BTM field.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer relations.
• Methodical problem-solving ability.
• Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Involves a variety of physical tasks from bending to lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Utilization of equipment like dollies for moving BTM machines.
