we’re looking for a senior blockchain engineer to build low-latency execution infrastructure around hyperevm and hyperliquid-related trading systems.
 
this is not a frontend or dapp role. the focus is on real-time execution systems, chain-native infrastructure, and market-aware backend engineering where latency, ordering, and state correctness directly impact execution outcomes.
 
you will work on systems that operate under noisy, adversarial, and highly dynamic conditions, including delayed or missing websocket events, rpc inconsistencies, transaction lifecycle complexity, state desynchronization, retries, and recovery logic.
 
core responsibilities include building and maintaining realtime blockchain data pipelines, websocket and rpc streaming systems, execution orchestration layers, liquidity-aware routing logic, transaction lifecycle management, and integration with orderbook and market data systems.
 
we are specifically looking for engineers who think in systems rather than features. meaning understanding how data flows through pipelines, how state evolves over time, how failures propagate, and how to design systems that recover automatically without manual intervention.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Trading Team in the role of Senior Associate/ Director in Trading Desk Operations. In this position, you will focus on the operational aspects of the trading desk, providing support for trading and funding operations while improving processes to facilitate the growth of our Trading business. Your role will involve gaining a comprehensive understanding of the trade life cycle for the specific trading desk you will be supporting.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive end-to-end trade support for designated trading desks, including trade bookings, verifications, reconciliations, and P&L attributions

Address operational bottlenecks, delays, and issues encountered across the trade life cycle

Utilize coding and AI tools to develop and enhance booking and reconciliation procedures

Monitor risk positions in real-time, escalate issues against internal thresholds, and create new monitoring tools

Craft standardized templates and playbooks for onboarding new products to streamline time-to-market

Establish new accounts and trading books, ensuring data integrity and mapping

Execute funding operations and settlement checks, resolving fund transfer issues and collaborating with Treasury or external brokers

Monitor funding utilization, ROI, and manage internal capital distribution records

Aid in analyzing trading performance, P&L, and risk attribution

Provide quick responses to ad hoc/urgent requests from trading desks related to trade bookings or funding

Requirements:

Hold a degree in Finance/Accounting or a Quantitative discipline

Possess 5+ years of experience working on a Trading floor as a Trading Assistant, Trade Support, or in related roles such as Middle Office or Product Control in financial services or crypto trading firms

Have knowledge of AI tools and Python, with a willingness to expand technical skills

Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and high accuracy

Proficient in Python or scripting; familiarity with SQL is advantageous.

Experience handling large trading or market datasets.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline, or comparable experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
