We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Trading Team in the role of Senior Associate/ Director in Trading Desk Operations. In this position, you will focus on the operational aspects of the trading desk, providing support for trading and funding operations while improving processes to facilitate the growth of our Trading business. Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive end-to-end trade support for designated trading desks, including trade bookings, verifications, reconciliations, and P&L attributions

- Utilize coding and AI tools to develop and enhance booking and reconciliation procedures

Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Finance/Accounting or a Quantitative discipline
- Possess 5+ years of experience working on a Trading floor as a Trading Assistant, Trade Support, or in related roles such as Middle Office or Product Control in financial services or crypto trading firms
- Have knowledge of AI tools and Python, with a willingness to expand technical skills

Experience in maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchanges is advantageous.
