Job Description:

Bitcoin Depot is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. As an integral part of the team, your role will involve proactively finding and generating new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and strategically promoting the company's products. In this position, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence will be crucial for business success. The target earnings for this role are $120,000 in the first year, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. It is essential that you are within driving distance of the Des Moines area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, make cold calls, engage in door-to-door sales, and network to identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory, meeting customers and driving for multiple hours per day.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and effectively promoting the company's products/services.
  • Deliver in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the offerings.
  • Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings, helping the company maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns, with the assistance of your manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, upholding its values and maintaining a professional image.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing best practices with colleagues.
  • Continuously enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Expectation of 50% or more travel.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
