Financial Systems Admin

Bitcoin Depot is in search of a qualified individual to join the team as a Financial Systems Admin. The primary focus of this role is to support the Finance and Accounting departments in enhancing and managing the organization's financial reporting systems and procedures. Additionally, this position will serve as a backup to the IT Operations team. We are looking for someone with exceptional multitasking skills and problem-solving abilities, both independently and collaboratively within a team. Effective communication skills are crucial as the role involves interacting with senior management and external auditors.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Finance and IT teams to assess, enhance, and maintain financial systems and software, overseeing general ledger and financial report administration.
• Manage financial tools/software, generate reports, and ensure the accurate collection, processing, and reporting of financial data.
• Support departments in addressing inquiries from business units regarding ongoing operational compliance.
• Serve as a backup to the IT Operations team by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues, and maintaining Windows and MAC systems.
• Work closely with IT Operations staff to manage networks and systems, analyze technical operations, and propose operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting tools administration.
• Proficiency in using ticketing software (Jira, Hubspot, ZenDesk, etc.).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, SOC 1.
• Experience in managing human resources software.
• Competence in conducting user access reviews and audits.
• Ability to document processes for employee adherence to company systems.
• Experience in maintaining network integrity, workstation deployment, security, and patching OS vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of SSO, VPN, MFA, and MDM.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Slack, Google Workspace, KnowBe4, and Jira is advantageous.
