we’re looking for a senior blockchain engineer to build low-latency execution infrastructure around hyperevm and hyperliquid-related trading systems.
 
this is not a frontend or dapp role. the focus is on real-time execution systems, chain-native infrastructure, and market-aware backend engineering where latency, ordering, and state correctness directly impact execution outcomes.
 
you will work on systems that operate under noisy, adversarial, and highly dynamic conditions, including delayed or missing websocket events, rpc inconsistencies, transaction lifecycle complexity, state desynchronization, retries, and recovery logic.
 
core responsibilities include building and maintaining realtime blockchain data pipelines, websocket and rpc streaming systems, execution orchestration layers, liquidity-aware routing logic, transaction lifecycle management, and integration with orderbook and market data systems.
 
we are specifically looking for engineers who think in systems rather than features. meaning understanding how data flows through pipelines, how state evolves over time, how failures propagate, and how to design systems that recover automatically without manual intervention.

The role involves translating business needs into scalable integration solutions, guiding technical decisions in collaboration with various stakeholders, and providing real-time support during US business hours. As part of a regional team supporting worldwide operations, the role combines solution design with day-to-day operational management to ensure system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing business requirements and proposing integration solutions that balance feasibility and scalability

Leading solution design and technical decisions in collaboration with relevant teams

Implementing system enhancements, testing, and releasing updates alongside stakeholders

Available to work night shifts in Taiwan to support US business hours

Responsibilities

This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of AI and automation solutions within the organization's global business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of automation projects, starting from identifying business challenges to developing, deploying, and supporting the solutions, while ensuring the stability and performance of existing services. Responsibilities

Support the daily operation of AI and automation services by managing incidents, service requests, and change requests until resolution, adhering to strict ticket tracking and documentation protocols aligned with service-level agreements.

Serve as the central liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors, monitoring service performance, utilization, and vendor capabilities.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting, IT system analysis, or solution design, demonstrating a proven track record of leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance business performance.

Demonstrated capability to autonomously design, create, and deploy automation or AI-driven solutions in a dynamic business setting beyond proof-of-concept.

Hands-on experience with automation, RPA, or process mining tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Celonis.

Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, preferably Java and Python, with experience in integrating solutions through APIs and workflow orchestration.

Familiarity with event-driven or service-based architectural frameworks commonly used in enterprise integrations.

Fluent in business English (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
