Outside Sales Representative - Billings
Bitcoin Depot, the largest Bitcoin ATM Network worldwide, is searching for an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic selling. For the first year, the target earnings for this position are $120K, involving a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure. You should be located within driving distance of the Billings, Montana area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research, cold calling, door to door selling, and networking to identify and target prospective clients within the assigned territory.
- Be willing to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory as an outside sales representative, dedicating multiple hours per day to meet with customers.
- Foster strong relationships with both current and potential clients, gaining an understanding of their needs, and effectively promoting our products and services.
- Organize in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop personalized sales strategies to surpass sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with your manager to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, addressing any concerns or objections from clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in SalesForce.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the company's values and maintaining a professional image.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices with colleagues.
- Continuously enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Preference for door-to-door sales experience.
- Anticipate travel to account for over 50% of your work schedule.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets, consistently demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify client needs, offer tailored solutions, and address objections to close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with our company's products/services and the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

- Willingness to adjust strategies based on client feedback, market changes, and evolving business goals.
- Comfortable using CRM software (SalesForce), sales tools, and technology to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.
