Outside Sales Representative, Bitcoin Depot - Boise, Idaho

Bitcoin Depot, the largest Bitcoin ATM Network globally, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, relationship-building, and effective selling techniques. Your primary responsibility will be expanding market presence and promoting our products to potential clients. The target earnings for this role are $120K in the first year, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. Applicants should be located within driving distance of the Boise, Idaho area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory using research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with customers and build relationships.
  • Develop strong connections with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and effectively promoting our products/services.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Create and implement customized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients in collaboration with your manager, addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in SalesForce.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the company's values and maintaining a professional image.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Continuously enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Preference for candidates with previous door-to-door sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for the role (50%+).
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets, consistently demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
