Job Description: Bitcoin Depot is searching for an Outside Sales Representative who will play a crucial role in our active sales team. Your main responsibilities will involve actively seeking potential clients, building relationships, and strategically selling our products. Target earnings for this position are $120K in the first year, including a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. The position requires the candidate to be within driving distance of the Bismark area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research, cold calls, door-to-door selling, and networking to identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Be willing to travel within the assigned territory to meet customers regularly. Regular driving for multiple hours per day is expected.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and effectively promote our products/services.
  • Host in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Create and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings in order to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Work with your manager to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the company's values and presenting a professional image.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Expect to travel 50% of the time.
  • Possess at least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
