We are looking for a Community Manager who is passionate about Web3 and eager to help grow our online community. You will manage and engage our presence on:
X (Twitter)
Telegram
Your goal is to foster engagement, collect user feedback, and help shape the voice of Neonflick in the community.
🔹 Responsibilities
Actively manage and engage our X and Telegram communities
Respond to user questions and feedback
Collect and summarize user feedback into actionable insights
Prepare regular community activity reports
Suggest improvements based on community engagement
Work closely with the team to align community strategy with the project vision

Your goal is to build awareness, engagement, and community around Neonflick and its vision.

Regularly publish content across all platforms
Develop and maintain a consistent content strategy
Track engagement, growth, and audience behavior
Prepare regular performance and activity reports
Collect and analyze feedback from viewers/subscribers
Suggest improvements and new content ideas
Test new formats and adapt to platform algorithms

Role:
Help the team find and evaluate early-stage startups. Search for promising projects, do quick market checks, prepare short summaries, track portfolio companies, and assist with basic due diligence.
Skills & Requirements: 
0–2 years of experience (recent graduates or startup background welcome) 
Strong interest in AI, crypto, and new technologies 
Good at research, writing clear notes, and using spreadsheets 
Organized, fast learner, and comfortable with uncertainty 
English at upper-intermediate level
Salary:
$85,000 – $115,000 USD base + small carry + full benefits

Role:
Work side-by-side with portfolio founders to scale their companies at speed. Lead talent acquisition for critical roles, build operational systems and processes, shape go-to-market strategy, track key metrics, and support follow-on fundraising.
Skills & Requirements: 
4–6+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth startups (previous Head of Operations, Chief of Staff, or founding team member strongly preferred) 
Deep understanding of AI, decentralized infrastructure or developer platforms

We’re hiring a high-impact Growth Marketing Expert who can drive real user acquisition and measurable volume growth — not just manage community channels.
This is not a traditional community manager role. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of onboarding users, increasing engagement, and directly contributing to product adoption and transaction/activity volume.
What You’ll Own
Develop and execute user growth strategy end-to-end
Drive measurable increases in active users and platform volume
Build acquisition funnels (organic + partnership-driven)
Optimize onboarding flows and activation metrics
Lead social presence across Twitter/X and other platforms
Represent the project in Twitter Spaces and relevant community events
Launch and manage growth campaigns, incentives, and referral programs
Track and report on growth KPIs (CAC, activation rate, retention, volume impact)
Must-Have Experience
Proven track record of growing users and/or trading/activity volume in a startup, Web3, fintech, or SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability to turn social presence into measurable growth
Experience hosting or speaking in Twitter Spaces and similar forums
Strong understanding of growth funnels, activation metrics, and retention loops
Data-driven mindset (comfortable with analytics tools and experimentation)
Bonus Points
Experience in crypto, trading platforms, or financial products
Experience designing referral or incentive systems
Existing relevant audience/network
