Bitcoin Depot is looking for an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, fostering relationships, and strategic sales efforts. You will play a key role in expanding our market share by showcasing our products to potential customers. If you are driven by results and have a strong sales acumen, we encourage you to be part of our dedicated team focused on business growth. Expected earnings for this role are around $120K in the initial year, along with a competitive base salary complemented by uncapped commissions. Must reside within reasonable driving distance of the Fargo area.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the designated territory using varied methods such as research, cold calling, and networking.
  • A willingness to travel within the assigned area as an expectation for this position, as it involves meeting customers in person for several hours daily.
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with both existing and potential clients to comprehend their requirements and effectively market our products/services.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demos to highlight the value and advantages of our offerings.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure streamlined order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities for a competitive edge.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closures, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications:

  • Preference given to candidates with door-to-door sales experience.
  • Expected travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential to convey value propositions and build rapport.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering lasting relationships with clients and peers.
