Bitcoin Depot seeks a Quality Assurance Field Technician in the Richmond, Virginia region to oversee inspections, installations, and repairs at existing BTM locations to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to perform on-site services for BTMs, with significant travel outside the primary market.
- Establish and manage quality assurance processes and protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of BTM units.
- Prepare BTMs for installation and complete physical setup at designated locations.
- Conduct supplier training and customer education sessions.
- Compile accurate data and maintain records of quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with the Tech Support Manager on issue resolution.
- Support team members and perform additional tasks per assignment.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Residency in the Louisville area is mandatory.
- Minimum three years of experience in the ATM or BTM field.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability for physical activities including lifting, bending, climbing, driving, etc.
- Ability to move bulky equipment and lift a minimum of 50 lbs with a dolly.

Incident Response Engineer
Your expertise in cyber defense, digital forensics, log analysis, and intrusion analysis will be utilized to address security incidents affecting our endpoints, network, and cloud infrastructure.
