Bitcoin Depot is searching for an Outside Sales Representative who will play a vital role in our sales team by actively seeking new clients, building relationships, and selling our products. This position is essential in expanding our market presence and driving business success. The target earnings for this role are $120K in the first year, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. This position requires the candidate to be located within driving distance of the Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory using research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet customers, dedicating multiple hours per day to customer visits.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products and services.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Create and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients in collaboration with your manager, addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in SalesForce.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company's values and maintaining a professional image.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Travel expected to be 50% or more.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Driven by the achievement and surpassing of sales targets, consistently demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
