Outside Sales Representative - Salt Lake City
Bitcoin Depot is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team and contribute to our business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and strategically promoting our products. This role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and target earnings of $120K in the first year. It requires you to be located within driving distance of the Salt Lake City area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking to identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory, spending multiple hours per day meeting customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and effectively promoting our products/services.
- Deliver in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, with assistance from your manager.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in SalesForce.
- Act as a brand ambassador, championing company values and maintaining a professional image.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices.
- Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.
- Expect to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
- Be motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Have the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with our company's products/services and their benefits.
- Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Willingness to adjust strategies based on client feedback and market changes.
- Comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and technology.
