Outside Sales Representative - Kansas City
Bitcoin Depot is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. We are looking for a proactive individual who can drive revenue growth through prospecting, building relationships, and strategic selling. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and promoting our products to potential clients. In your first year, you can expect to earn up to $120K with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. This position requires individuals who are within driving distance of the Kansas City area.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory through various methods such as research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.
- Be prepared to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, as outside sales representatives will need to drive to meet customers for multiple hours per day.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients in order to understand their needs and effectively promote our products and services.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients with the assistance of your manager, addressing any objections or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and maintaining a professional image.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
- Continuously strive to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify client needs, offer tailored solutions, and address objections to successfully close deals.
- Familiarity with our products and services and the ability to communicate their features and benefits effectively.
- Understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and market dynamics to engage in informed discussions with clients.
- Willingness to adapt strategies based on client feedback, market changes, and business goals.
- Comfortable using CRM software (SalesForce), sales tools, and technology to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.
- Proficient in building and expanding a professional network through industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
