Outside Sales Representative - Wollongong
Overview:
We are looking for an energetic individual to join our passionate sales team at Bitcoin Depot, a leading Bitcoin ATM Network. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through various proactive sales strategies. This role is essential for expanding our market presence and ensuring business success by effectively promoting our products. Target earnings for this role are $120K in the first year with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. Applicants should be located within convenient distance of the Fargo area.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the assigned territory through research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.
- Travel within the designated territory to meet customers, with travel expected to be significant.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs to effectively promote our products.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and demos to exhibit the value of our offerings.
- Develop personalized sales strategies to exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients under guidance from the manager.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in SalesForce.
- Represent the company's values as a brand ambassador and maintain a professional image.
- Contribute to team success by sharing best practices with colleagues and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales is desirable.
- Expected travel commitment of at least 50%.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Drive to achieve and surpass sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and addressing objections to close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with company products/services and ability to communicate their benefits.
