Job Package:
The targeted earning potential for this role amounts to $120,000 in the first year, combining a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure. It is essential that candidates are situated within a reasonable driving distance of Fargo.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients within the assigned area
- Engage in research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking to reach out to prospects
- Travel within the assigned territory, which will involve driving significant hours daily
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and effectively promote our offerings
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the value of our products
- Develop personalized sales strategies to meet or surpass sales quotas
- Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing concerns and objections
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Act as a brand representative, embodying the company values

Qualifications:
- Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales
- Expect travel to encompass 50% of working time
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant sales experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks
