Outside Sales Representative - St Louis
Bitcoin Depot is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, building relationships, and strategic selling. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and promoting our products to potential clients. The ideal candidate should be located within driving distance of the St. Louis area.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory through research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory is required, as this is an outside sales role. You may spend multiple hours driving to meet customers.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products/services.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, providing a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients in consultation with your manager, addressing any objections or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in SalesForce.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional image and embodying our values.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
- Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous door-to-door sales experience is preferred.
- This role requires approximately 50% travel.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Identify client needs, offer tailored solutions, and address objections to close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with the company's products/services and the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

- Willingness to adapt strategies based on client feedback, market changes, and evolving business goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (SalesForce), sales tools, and technology to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.
