Bitcoin Depot is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team and drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic selling. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and promoting our products to potential clients. If you are a results-oriented individual passionate about sales success, we invite you to join our dynamic team and contribute to our business growth. This role has a competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure, and the target earnings for the first year are $120K. We are specifically looking for candidates who are within driving distance of the Oahu, Hawaii area.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory using research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory, meeting customers for extended periods if necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products/services.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients in collaboration with your manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, upholding its values and maintaining a professional image.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices with colleagues.
  • Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Expected to travel 50% or more.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets, demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify client needs, offer tailored solutions, and address objections to successfully close deals.
  • Familiarity with the company's products/services and the ability to communicate their features and benefits effectively.
  • Understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and market dynamics to engage in informed discussions with clients.
  • Willingness to adjust strategies based on client feedback, market changes, and evolving business goals.
  • Comfortable using CRM software (SalesForce), sales tools, and technology to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.
