Role Overview: Bitcoin Depot is searching for a skilled and successful professional to take on the role of Country Manager for Australia. The ideal candidate will drive the company's expansion and growth in the Australian market by managing all business aspects, such as sales, partner relationships, profitability, operations, marketing, and strategy. This position requires strong motivation and a dedicated entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all operations and oversee the expansion of Bitcoin Depot in Australia.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the retail market, including managing distribution channels and partnerships.
• Create and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining key accounts, and manage relationships with major clients and merchants.
• Define sales, expense, and budget targets and drive efforts to achieve them consistently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop country-specific marketing strategies across various channels, with a focus on social media.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis relevant to the Australian market.
• Adapt the Bitcoin Depot business model to align with local culture while staying true to the brand identity.
• Network with industry experts and peers to enhance the company's industry position.
• Regularly report on goal achievement and variances, taking corrective actions where necessary.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of diversified management experience.
• 8 years of direct sales and business development expertise.
• Prior experience in payment processing, ATMs, or the cryptocurrency industry is mandatory.
