We are searching for an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our business growth by proactively prospecting, building relationships, and strategically selling our products. Your primary responsibility will be expanding our market presence and promoting our offerings to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking to identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with customers, showcasing our products and services.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our offerings.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our products.
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, providing customers with a seamless experience.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns with the assistance of your manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and maintaining a professional image.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices and insights with colleagues.
- Continuously enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in door-to-door sales.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and cultivate lasting relationships.
- Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets, demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and addressing objections to secure deals.
- Familiarity with the company's products/services and the ability to communicate their features and benefits effectively.
- Understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and market dynamics to engage in informed discussions.
- Willingness to adapt strategies based on client feedback, market changes, and evolving business goals.
- Comfortable using CRM software (SalesForce), sales tools, and technology to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.
