Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory through various methods like research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, as outside sales representatives are expected to drive to meet clients for multiple hours daily.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products/services.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, deliver presentations, and showcase product demonstrations to communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet or surpass sales quotas and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout.
  • Work alongside your manager to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and projecting a professional image.

  • Continuously work on enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Expected travel requirement is at least 50%.
  • Possess over 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
