Outside Sales Representative - Burlington
Bitcoin Depot is looking for an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and strategically selling our products. Your focus will be on expanding our market presence and contributing to our overall business success. The target earning for this position is $120K in the first year, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. It is important that you are located within driving distance of the Burlington, Vermont area.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory.
- Utilize various sales techniques such as cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking to reach out to potential clients.
- Be willing to travel throughout your assigned territory, as this is a requirement for an outside sales representative.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in order to understand their needs and effectively promote our products/services.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings in order to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.
- Represent the company's values and maintain a professional image as a brand ambassador.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
- Continuously strive to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales is preferred.
- Expect to travel 50% or more of the time.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets, consistently demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and addressing objections to successfully close deals.
- Familiarity with the company's products/services and the ability to communicate their features and benefits effectively.
- Understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and market dynamics to engage in informed discussions with clients.
- Willingness to adapt strategies based on client feedback, market changes, and evolving business goals.
- Comfortable using CRM software (SalesForce), sales tools, and technology to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.
- Skilled in building and expanding a professional network through industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
