Bitcoin Depot is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Utilize your strong sales skills to proactively prospect potential clients, build relationships, and strategically promote our products. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure, with a target earning of $120K in the first year. Candidates should be located within driving distance of the Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking to identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers, engage in multiple meetings per day.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products/services.
  • Deliver in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Develop personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and maintaining a professional image.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably experienced in door-to-door sales.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets, showcasing competitiveness and a goal-oriented mindset.
