As the Vice President of Tax Information Reporting and Withholding, you will oversee all U.S. and non-U.S. tax information reporting and withholding activities for Galaxy's various business units. What You’ll Do:
Lead tax information reporting and withholding tasks for both U.S. and non-U.S. entities, including form filing, tax compliance, client validation, and regulatory adherence.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and technological solutions to ensure compliance with tax information reporting regulations.
Provide guidance on tax regulations, address inquiries from internal stakeholders, and interpret new tax guidelines.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law

Responsibilities:
Devise and execute marketing strategies
Supervise social media and digital marketing efforts
Drive brand governance and ensure team alignment on messaging
Oversee community engagement initiatives including events and AMAs
Strategize and manage campaigns with clear KPIs to evaluate and enhance performance
Manage Marketing P&L and budgets
Represent Manta Network at conferences and virtual events, delivering compelling messaging
Requirements:
2+ years in a high-growth web3 startup
3+ years in Digital Marketing
