Partner with management on strategic projects, advising and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Keep abreast of web3 trends for integrating insights into growth plans.
Monitor market dynamics for growth opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
2-3 years in Blockchain, Web3, or NFT sectors.
Proficiency in varied Blockchain aspects - Wallet, DeFi, GameFi, NFT, and deep blockchain understanding.
Demonstrated success in driving user engagement through innovative methods.
Strong proficiency in resource management, project coordination, and efficiency enhancement.
Exceptional planning, analysis skills, and data-driven decision-making.
Proactive, self-motivated, with strong ownership and strategic prowess.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Web3 Protocols & Affiliate/KOL management.
Proficient in data analytics.
Bilingual Proficiency in English/Chinese.
