About the Role
Seeking a seasoned Web3 Growth Operations Manager to enhance our team. The ideal candidate boasts blockchain expertise and a solid history of propelling growth endeavors. This role involves crafting strategies to expand our user base, drive engagement, and boost adoption of our blockchain offerings. Our team fosters a collaborative environment where members share knowledge and bolster each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Lead GTM operations, coordinating resources across various sectors like Technology Development and Product to meet project targets efficiently.
- Analyze metrics to gauge growth initiative success and tweak strategies for optimal outcomes.
- Partner with management on strategic projects, advising and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Conduct user research to enhance Web3 user activity and loyalty.
- Keep abreast of web3 trends for integrating insights into growth plans.
- Monitor market dynamics for growth opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in Blockchain, Web3, or NFT sectors.
- Proficiency in varied Blockchain aspects - Wallet, DeFi, GameFi, NFT, and deep blockchain understanding.
- Demonstrated success in driving user engagement through innovative methods.
- Strong proficiency in resource management, project coordination, and efficiency enhancement.
- Exceptional planning, analysis skills, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with strong ownership and strategic prowess.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Web3 Protocols & Affiliate/KOL management.
- Proficient in data analytics.
- Bilingual Proficiency in English/Chinese.
