- We are searching for a highly skilled Backend Engineer with experience in Backend development and exposure to Blockchain technology. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying product development tasks as an Individual Contributor (IC). Collaborating with other Backend & Fullstack Engineers, you will closely work with engineering teams, project managers, designers, and engineering leadership to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Maintenance: Take the lead in developing and maintaining backend services utilizing Node.js (preferably Nest.js), TypeScript, and JavaScript to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
API Design and Management: Design and manage RESTful APIs or utilize RPCs while integrating third-party APIs or RPCs to support business processes and data exchange.
Database Management: Handle databases (both SQL and NoSQL) by overseeing design, development, and optimization to ensure data integrity and security.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices are met. Implement unit and integration tests to uphold high-quality code.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the systems developed, ensuring it remains up to date.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Software Engineer.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
Proficiency in Typescript/Javascript for back end REST APIs (RPCs) and utilizing frameworks like Express or NestJS, as well as experience with NoSQL and SQL databases.
Knowledge or interest in Web3 and familiarity with blockchain technology; bonus points if you have experience with Solidity/Layer0.
Ability to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and amicable collaboration when working with teams.

Hardware Repair Technician- Rutledge, TN
The Hardware Repair Technician plays a vital role in the bitcoin mining activities of CleanSpark. They are responsible for diagnosing and providing maintenance services for bitcoin mining machines.
This position is primarily situated at the Norcross Facility and directly reports to the Hardware Repair Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties
Carry out repairs on bitcoin mining equipment such as control boards, hash cards, and conduct chip level repairs.
Ensure consistent adherence to environmental and safety standards, identifying issues, and performing repairs promptly.
Interpret blueprints/schematics and evaluate their operational status.
Assist in the integration of new equipment and systems into facility infrastructure.
Perform any additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician in an industrial or commercial setting.
Knowledge of Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is advantageous.
Certification in Bitman repair is a plus.
Background in troubleshooting electrical systems functionality is beneficial.
Demonstrated clear and efficient communication skills.
Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs.

Hardware Assembly Technician
Oversee the preparation of parts, tools, and equipment, such as heat sinks, for repairs.
Manage and monitor inventory levels along with maintaining the condition of equipment and tools.
Ensure proper documentation and track repairs using the work order system.
Maintain the physical environment of the hardware repair shop.
Record and scan incoming inventory shipments and coordinate their movement using pallet jacks.
Disassemble miners, remove hash boards, and apply thermal paste to hash boards as needed.
Perform any additional duties as required.
Qualifications
0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
High school diploma.
Capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team.
Basic computer skills for documenting work and communication purposes.
Strong communication skills that are clear and effective.
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
