Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and deployment of AI applications utilizing large language models (LLMs) such as intelligent assistants, automation tools, and AI agents.
• Implement mainstream LLM APIs like GPT, Claude, Gemini to create AI-powered features.
• Assist in the design, optimization, and performance assessment of applications.
• Aid in backend development for AI applications by working on API development, task workflows, and tool integrations.
• Contribute to the implementation of RAG, knowledge bases, and agent workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate AI capabilities into practical business scenarios.
• Support debugging, log analysis, performance tuning, and enhancements to system stability.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong interest in AI, large language models, and AI-driven applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience with LLM APIs or AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, automation tools, or chatbots.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering or RAG concepts.
• Background in backend development, including API design or system integration.
• Familiarity with common development tools and frameworks like Git, REST APIs, Java, Spring Framework.
