We are looking for a skilled individual in AI/ML to join our Bigdata team. The role involves developing advanced algorithms for KYC and KYB products, emphasizing on identity verification and fraud detection challenges through projects utilizing computer vision, deep learning, and large language models.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on designing, implementing, and optimizing algorithms for KYC/KYB procedures, including OCR, face recognition, image quality assurance, and document tampering detection.
• Utilize traditional deep learning methods to enhance model accuracy and efficiency in image analysis.
• Harness LLMs to augment algorithm capabilities, particularly in integrating multimodal AI for improved document comprehension and anomaly detection.
• Conduct experiments, analyze data, and refine models for robustness and scalability in production settings.
• Assist in researching and developing new features to strengthen Binance's compliance and security frameworks.
• Engage in code reviews, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster collaboration.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a PhD program (or equivalent) in CS, EE, IS, or a related field at a renowned university.
• Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Ideally, experience or coursework in computer vision techniques for image processing, object detection, or facial recognition.
• Knowledge of LLMs and their applications in multimodal tasks.
• Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in data processing libraries like OpenCV, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and capacity to work independently or in teams.
• A passion for blockchain, fintech, or AI ethics is a plus.
