Who Can Apply:

Responsibilities:
- Engage in the development and upkeep of services for the Chatbot business.
- Play a key role in enhancing user satisfaction through a vital feature that aids users in issue resolution within the Binance app.
- Explore innovative technologies, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), to drive business progress.
- Acquire practical experience working with state-of-the-art technologies.
- Develop and implement interface documentation for business modules.
- Demonstrate adept troubleshooting skills in addressing issues identified by the QA team.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address customer concerns and provide insights for system enhancements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a computer-related field.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, or Golang, including comprehension of fundamental frameworks like multithreading and networking.
- Familiarity with the Spring Microservice framework and its operational functionalities.
- Strong command over MySQL databases and common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Exceptional logical reasoning, strong teamwork ethos, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Superior communication skills and fluency in English.
- Previous involvement in open-source projects would be advantageous.
