Responsibilities:

• Assist in training, refining, and assessing Large Language Models (LLMs) utilizing various datasets.
• Aid in the enhancement and optimization of AI agents, encompassing prompt engineering, memory modules, planning strategies, and external tool integration.
• Develop and oversee data annotation pipelines, inclusive of schema definition, labeling guidelines, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to enhance model performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Conduct experiments, analyze data, and document methodologies and observations.
• Explore and assess new tools, frameworks, and approaches to enrich LLM systems and AI agent capabilities.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or possessing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A PhD is a strong asset.
• Proficient understanding of machine learning and deep learning essentials.
• Knowledge of transformer models, LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Qwen), or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Experience in or enthusiasm for prompt engineering, fine-tuning methods (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA), and model assessment techniques.
• Basic familiarity with data annotation workflows and labeling tools.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of independent and collaborative work.
• Fluency in English to engage effectively with international partners. Knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
