About Binance Accelerator Program: The Binance Accelerator Program offers an immersive 3 to 6-month experience delving into the rapidly evolving Web3 landscape. Participants gain insights into the inner workings of Binance, with a spotlight on networking opportunities and skills development to accelerate career progression. Successful applicants will join under a junior fixed-term contract, commencing the program on the first Monday of every month.

Eligibility: This program is open to current undergraduate/graduate students and recent graduates.

Merchant Operations and Marketing Role (6 months): Join our team to collaborate closely with the Business Development unit and various stakeholders in driving initiatives related to digital asset and blockchain-based payment solutions for merchants.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement marketing strategies in partnership with collaborators to enhance visibility and usage of Binance Pay and Card through initiatives like campaigns and communication plans.
• Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns with internal and external partners, ensuring timely execution in accordance with marketing policies.
• Track and communicate campaign funds, timelines, and materials to all stakeholders promptly.
• Work with product and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and execute expansion plans.
• Conduct performance analysis, market research, and competitor evaluations in the realm of crypto payments.
• Support operational functions including partner onboarding, customer support, and campaign management.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to establish best practices and business use cases.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated passion for crypto and digital assets, coupled with a keen understanding of B2B client requirements.
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
