Eligibility Criteria:

Ideal candidates for this program are current university students and recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Policies Management: Drafting and maintaining security policies to enhance security protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Audit Evidence Inventory: Developing, managing, and refining an inventory system to streamline security project processes.
• Security Awareness Training Program: Enhancing the company’s security awareness by collaborating with security teams and designing training material for distribution and knowledge sharing.
• Regulation Research: Aiding in the collection, organization, and synthesis of cybersecurity laws and regulations applicable to the digital asset industry.
• Security Project Support: Engaging in security projects that elevate the company's security maturity level.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Preference for students or graduates with backgrounds in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) desired.
• Familiarity with regulatory mandates such as EU GDPR, DORA, and other relevant data protection, cybersecurity, and operational resilience frameworks.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as blockchain and AI preferred.
• Interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and Web3 technologies favored.
• Possession of security or privacy certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, SANS, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, IAPP CIPP/CIPM/CIPT would be beneficial.
