Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of talent development and organization development initiatives.
- Measure program quality based on feedback and satisfaction levels of key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of talent development programs, encompassing various learning formats and resources.
- Support in identifying team and employee learning needs and developing tailored solutions.
- Assistance with performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning efforts.
- Aid in change management processes, including analyses, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate on the creation of job, skill, and development frameworks for diverse teams.

Requirements:
