Responsibilities:
- You will be actively involved in enhancing the Earn/Web3 Wallet experience for Binance users by supporting senior designers in meeting design needs and handling various tasks.
- Conduct comprehensive design research initiatives, engage in user interviews and product evaluations, and collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure top-tier implementation.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry standards and design trends in product experiences and competitors, identify user experience challenges, and continuously enhance the overall user journey through research-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Strong enthusiasm for design
- Showcase a portfolio demonstrating your design process, ideation skills, and examples of communicating effective design concepts
- Comfortable with navigating through ambiguity, tight timelines, and evolving project demands
- Capable of translating complex ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs
- Proficient in conveying concepts through visuals and prototypes, with experience working with Figma design tools
