Key Responsibilities
- Utilize design thinking to address user challenges effectively during the discovery and definition stages
- Collaborate with internal teams to create consistent, simplistic user experiences across various products and platforms
- Employ data-driven insights to optimize user experience
- Work efficiently in a dynamic environment to understand requirements, prototype innovative solutions, design user interfaces, maintain detailed design documentation, and deliver precise UI specifications to the development team
- Refine optimizations based on user research, production analytics, and business objectives
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product design experience across all stages, from strategy to final production oversight
- Profound grasp of design principles, coupled with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency as a UX generalist, encompassing user research (UXR), UX writing, UI design, high-fidelity prototyping, user testing, and maintaining design documentation
- Strong interest in the crypto industry and shaping the future of financial technology
- Well-rounded communication skills
- Knowledge of component-based development and experience with design systems
- Expertise in Figma
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Startups or fintech
- Growth-related experience
- Fluent in both English and French
- Foundational knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies
- Academic background in Psychology, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or Data Science
- Skilled in Framer, Maze, or equivalents
