In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a unified design system, influence product strategy through your design input, and help set a high standard for consumer experiences emphasizing trust, speed, and clarity.
What You'll Actually Do:
- Establish design strategies comprehensively, defining design principles and standards aligned with product and market demands to ensure adherence to high-quality design standards.

- Drive product strategy by presenting design perspectives, decisions, and rationale to senior stakeholders, actively shaping the product roadmap.
- Take charge of the design system by overseeing and contributing to the shared system to maintain design quality consistently across teams.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
- Demonstrated experience in B2C product design, showcasing ownership of designing digital consumer products at a significant scale, including successfully navigating stakeholder conflicts.
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of design processes, emphasizing problem-solving, tradeoffs, and post-launch impact.
- Application of user-centered design principles to drive business outcomes through past experiences of making data-driven UX decisions.
- Track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality output.
Nice to have:
- Experience in designing prediction, fintech, crypto, or trading user experiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI for design and prototyping purposes.
- Familiarity with technical concepts and front-end development, or a collaborative approach with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience in design systems implementation at scale.
- Skill in establishing and executing research operations within product and engineering teams.
Why this role:
- Lead significant product experiences from discovery to iteration, directly impacting customer experiences.
- Tackle the challenge of crafting intuitive, transparent, and accessible real-time financial experiences.
- Collaborate closely with key decision-makers across Product, Engineering, Research, and senior design leadership.
- Enhance your design skills at scale, contribute to a unified design system, and navigate various product challenges.
- Play a critical role in shaping the U.S. product foundation for OG at a crucial juncture of its evolution.
