The blockchain security team focuses on core Blockchain technologies, Smart contracts, and other foundational components to create innovative products. Specializing in secure development, confidential computing technology, and advanced cryptographic techniques, this team holds multiple granted patents, positioning them as a strategic investment for the organization. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of the dynamic blockchain industry.
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous operation of applications in the Production environment.
- Oversee non-production environments, such as pre-production/staging.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of application features and the supported blockchains.
- Collaborate closely with application and infrastructure engineers to anticipate deployments to production environments.
- Implement fixes, enhancements, and optimizations on applications and infrastructure.
- Proactively identify and address issues impacting production uptime, scalability, or responses stemming from deliveries.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and manage application alerts and issues.
- Lead incident and problem management, post-resolution follow-ups, and verification of effective problem resolution.
- Enhance monitoring tools and processes continuously.
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and audits.
- Maintain and provide support for blockchain infrastructure (knowledge of DevOps is beneficial).
- For senior roles, engage with stakeholders regarding application concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Rust, JavaScript, Node.js, or Golang.
- Previous experience supporting various applications.
- Attentive to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze logs effectively and detect anomalies or inconsistencies.
- Innate curiosity to identify issues, root causes, and convey findings to the team.
- Experience with cloud deployments across Azure, Google, and Amazon platforms.
- Familiarity with developing, deploying, and managing monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
- Proficiency in building, deploying, and managing container infrastructures using Kubernetes, docker-compose, and similar tools.
- Experience in creating, deploying, and managing logging tools such as Fluentd, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.

Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication

Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
